Catastral Certificates

We use the cadastral reference number to get you a certificate of the land registry official valuation of your property which also shows the layout of your plot including any external structures and swimming pool (where appropriate). If you have the cadastral number you can add it to your listing, we’ll use this to get the certificate. If you’re not sure what it is, we can usually find it from your address (remember to add your address to your listing too!)

Property purchase tax for resale properties is around X% of the cadastral valuation, you can add this to the secondary price on your listing (we’ll do this for you!) – this is really useful to enable buyers to budget when purchasing a property.
