Welcome to https://directcasas.com (“Site”), an online platform designed for private individuals to list their properties for sale in Spain and for buyers to find properties at competitive prices. The following Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all users of the Site and by using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.- General Use: The Site is intended for private individuals only and estate agents or those listing multiple properties are prohibited from using the Site. Businesses for sale may be listed on the Site subject to specific terms and conditions being met. - Sellers: In order to list a property on the Site, you must purchase* a listing package. You can start with our *free package which is valid for 3 months, after which renewal is required to maintain the listing. You can renew a free package or upgrade to an enhanced plan if you wish.
- Limitation of Liability: DirectCasas does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information on the Site and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may result from its use. Ultimately sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they list, and buyers should query anything they are unsure of with the seller. Both parties in any event should engage legal representatives when entering into a sale/purchase agreement.
- Privacy Policy: By using the Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://directcasas.com/privacy-policy.
- Optional Upgrades: Optional upgrades available for purchase in our online shop may each have additional terms and conditions associated with them, which can be found in the product/service description or associated documentation.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
