Home Clean Premium

If your home is large, or perhaps you’re not as young as you once were, or simply don’t have the time, then why not engage our home clean service as part of the preparation for getting your home ready for sale (and photographing!). Our team will clean your home from top to bottom, and then all you need to do is maintain it whilst your home is on the market.

We have partnered up with a well respected local cleaning company that specialise in home and holiday let cleaning.

The prices shown here are exactly the same as if you went direct but do include Spanish IVA tax.

Please note that the premium clean also includes up to 2 bathrooms. Refer to the scope of work document to see exactly what is included.

Additional bathrooms are payable on the day at €6 each + IVA in cash.

Bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, offices, bathrooms are all counted as rooms for the purposes of booking this service.

Service available Monday-Friday only. Additional cleaning work requested on the day not covered by this booking must be paid for on the day.

If your home only needs a lighter clean than offered by this premium service, you may if you wish opt for the standard clean service which is just as thorough but more limited in its scope – see other products.
