Assisted Viewing

With an assisted viewing pack we take on the responsibility of dealing with, and scheduling one or more viewings of your property, including escorting your prospective buyers so you don’t have to. This is a great way to continue to market your property perhaps whilst you are away and are unable to handle viewings yourself.

Simply add the quantity of assisted viewings you want us to handle. You can choose from:

• 1 viewing valid for 1 month
• 3 viewings valid for 3 months
• 5 viewings valid for 3 months
• Unlimited viewings until sold or for 6 months whichever comes sooner

We monitor, respond and schedule viewing requests for your property. We’ll arrange to meet the prospective buyer at the date and time agreed to show them around your property. Following a viewing we’ll give you feedback from that viewing and forward any offers to buy to you.

Any unused viewings, are not rolled over for simplicity’s sake though if you have not had any viewings we may offer a discount on your next pack on renewal dependent on the initial quantity purchased, such codes will usually be e-mailed to you.

When your pack expires, we’ll hand back control of your listing to you until you decide to purchase the service again. At our discretion, we may offer a discount on subsequent orders of the same pack for multiple viewings only.
