NIE Application

In order to purchase a property you’ll need an NIE number. You can read our article on how to do this, but if you find it a little daunting we can help you with that.

We offer 2 levels of service for applying for your NIE:

1. Forms only – we will in the modelo 790 (fee form), EX-15 (application form) and make the appointment for you. We’ll send you the forms for you to print. You’ll need to go to the bank to pay the fee. You’ll present these and any necessary copies and other supporting evidence on the day of the appointment. You make your own way to and from the appointment.
2. Our assisted service, as above, but we will go to the bank on your behalf to pay the fee. We’ll make copies of the forms. We will drive you to and from Alicante to present your application on the day. You’ll still need to get together your own supporting documentation.

Please note that this is not a residencia application. If you already have an NIE number but are interested in gaining residency (residencia) please contact us and we’ll put you in touch with someone that can help.
